Rv leveling blocks4/28/2023 The Lynx Levelers work in the same manner as the Camco leveling blocks: it has a modular Lego-like design. Can break when used on gravel or rocky areas. These blocks can hold up to 10,000 lbs of full RV weight, so if you go over this, there’s a chance these blocks will break. Although you can use this for leveling tandem wheel RVs by setting it for one wheel only, your RV will not be stable and might cause the tire to slip from the leveling blocks.Īlso, check your RV’s weight. What I don’t like about the Camco RV leveling blocks is you can only use up to three stacks or layers (about 4 inches) anything taller than that and the bottom layer will crack and will essentially become useless. This way, you can be sure your tire won’t slip. Once you set up your “mini-staircase” for leveling, I would recommend using the Camco wheel chocks that interlock with these leveling blocks. I love that it works great on asphalt and doesn’t slip like other levelers. I noticed, however, that it cracks along the edges when used on gravel, so take care when using this on rocky campsites. It has a full base that can handle the load when stacked properly. It is made of thick plastic that seems durable enough to last a multitude of uses. But if you are using a dual axle RV, make sure to get a second set. One pack contains ten pieces, which is good enough for a small RV with single wheels. The design is just meant to prevent slippage. However, they don’t completely attach to each other like how a Lego does. It is an interlocking type of block, much like how you would use a Lego. I have used other Camco products before, and their leveling blocks are no exception. Camco RV Leveling BlocksĪ well-known company for RV tools, Camco has proven itself to be a reliable company time and again.
